Here is the part list from my conversion, I only listed some of GM's cost because I bought other parts from Rockauto.com or elsewhere. The F-body LS1 alternator brackets are listed because the GTO alternator is stupid expensive!
Edit: These prices were with a 25% discount. You may be able to do the same if you tell the dealer you're buying multiple parts.
