ls1 swap wiring

i would like to do an ls1 swap but i was wondering about some of the wiring when you swap the engine what do you do with the old harness it has all of the lights and accessories in it how do you keep them with the new ls1 harness im sure the connections for them are different

Basically, connections to the lights & accessories are unaffected.

we sent in the motor side harness and the ls harnness to spearthech and it was plug and play
