Problems with ALDL hookup on LT1 swap and tuning...

Ok, i've been through almost every LT1 wiring post, and even asked this question on the DIY Prom board, but still no answers. I have a LT1 from a 93 TA and I'm not sure how to wire up my ALDL. I've tried both the 92 way and the 93 way, but still cannot connect to my ecm with any tuning software. I've tried everything, checked continuity between the connector and ecm harness, and everything checks out. My autoprom setup is made for a thirdgen, so that is how I figured it should be wired. After it wouldnt connect, I wired the serial data in to the 4thgen pins and still nothing. I'm using the tunercat def files for a 92-93 LT1, and I've already bunt chips for it to delete vats, but cannot datalog. Thanks for any info you can give me!

Well I can't offer any advice on this one. Still have to hook up mine as well. Try giving this guy a call from springfield. WWW.LT1SWAP.COM seems to know his wiring pretty good.

I'm running a '95 LT1. Kept the original '92 connector, repinned for the OBD1 style ALDL connector from the LT1. Has always worked fine. What connector and cable are you using?

Use a ALDL port from a Obd1 4th gen. Some of these wires have been wired already just skip them and wire the rest.

B WHT/BLK Wire to pin C (black/white) on C230 lt1 harness
A BLK ground to body
M TAN Wire to pin F (tan) on C220 lt1 harness
G BLK/WHT Not used
