LS1 t56 + ls1 auto harness?

Will a ls1 auto harness work with ls1 t56 im working on thr nelson racing harness in the classifieds and nead it just want to make sure it will work with my combo thanks!!

THe reverse lockout and skip shift should be easily overcomed but back up lights? good call and thamks for the info!!!
