Im using dual intank 255 walbros, professional products fuel rails,a boost referenced regulator and 60 lb injectors. Unless your going forced induction you dont need much of the this. You should be able to get by with a single walbro in the tank and a regulator to get the fuel back the tank unless your swapping in an ls1 tank as well.

what do mean by "unless you're swapping in an ls1 tank"? i'm in the process of putting my ls1 tank in. I've got a racetronix pump with the hot wire harness. i dont want to have to pull the tank back out later lol i want to be set on fuel for a long while

Because the ls1 tank does not use a return line, its regulated at the tank. It would probably make for a cleaner install that way. And also im not sure what people are doing about the fuel gauge with that tank, it would be fine if your using an ls1 cluster because the fuel gauge on an ls1 4th gen goes from the tank to the pcm and then to the cluster, its not an ohm resistance set up like a 3rd gen. Other people may have a way around it and still using the 3rd gen gauge but I dont have experience with that myself.

I dont off hand but I will be taking off my whole turbo set up soon to get it ceramic coated, I can get some pics then. It took some heat and some hammering to get the pipe to merge into the t4 flange but it ended up looking pretty good.

I dont have a pic, but I used an aluminum -10 male fitting that I welded near the middle of the pan above the oil level. I will try and get a pic later tonight, i had to hammer the crossmember quite a bit to get clearance.

I was studying your pictures and realized something. Where is your wastegate? In one picture I think I see it just under the turbo, but I'm not sure. Is it just open or a small pipe or what?

The wastegate is right before the turbo flange in front, then i have a dump pipe that goes down lower.

Looks sweet! Who tuned your car? How much boost you running? Im surprised you didn't get more than 512hp. But you did pretty good on TQ. What it cost to coat your hot pipes? Where'd you get it done at?

I made 602 rwhp and 655rwtq at 12psi, without changing anything in my set up, just a better tune. But thats really leaning on it hard for a stock bottom end and I actually melted the ringland on cylinder 7. So now its a forged 370 and im going with an st80 turbo and a 4l80e.

What would you say a safe number on power and boost is on a stock bottom end?

I wasnt really concerned about longevity as this is just my weekend cruiser, but i would say 8-10 lbs should be safe on pump gas. That should put you at about 550rwhp easily depending on the tune. A set of untouched lq9's would be better, do you know what cc yours are since they've been milled?

Thread resurection. Man, 740rwhp and 760rwtq. That means that engine is cranking out over 800hp. And you would never know it just by looking on the outside.

Yea its quite a sleeper, heres a few updated pics. Its now a forged 370 with an 80mm turbo and also swaped to a 4l80e at the same time. I did this last winter. I also did a 4th gen dash 2 winters ago. This winter im doing and 8 pont cage, tubular k member and a arms and a coil over set up.
