I want to say its the same size fitting as the 700, so it will work. I'm stopping by the parts store tomorrow to pick up new hoses for my cooler lines. So i'll let yah know then

Re: 02 TA 4L60e trans cooler line fitting

thanks man, I have an 82 and I have read the thread fittings for that was different.

I also heard that the later 3rd gens had similar fittings as 4th gens .

Thinking about it , I will run into the same issue with brake lines, power steering and maybe A/C.

I just need somebody to confirm that.

'82-'83 brake lines were SAE double flare. '84-up were metric bubble. I'm keeping all of my '82 brake lines, but I'm not changing the rear, either. However, I did put later rears in the '82 Berlinetta #1 by changing the hydraulics back to '82 stuff.

Power steering fittings didn't change.

AC really depends upon what you do. It's pretty much completely different between 3rd and 4th gen, so some modification is required regardless.
