EDIT: Hawks is giving us the group purchase, the price is $445 for the tubular Spohn k-member. This is for the mild steel with no add-ons. Any additional options is at your own expense. Call Bruce or Steve at 1-864-855-2694 to confirm your name on the list. This same k-member goes for $515 at spohn.net!
So post up!

im in if price is right! Also are we limited to adding and subtracting options; chrome moly, k-member brackets, motor mounts, etc.
I will call and try to get a price tomorrow. I wouldn't think they would limit you to options since they would make more money the more options you add on.
I just talked to someone at Hawk's about 30 minutes ago. He's talking to Bruce and getting a price together. We have to have at least 5 people in the purchase to make it work. I'll know the price later this afternoon. Also, Bruce is going to help explain the thing with the k-member braces that I posted about in another thread.
Ok guys, the price is $445 ($50 off the normal Hawks price). This thing goes for $515 direct from Spohn.net so this is actually a pretty decent price.
I need you guys to call Bruce at Hawksthirdgenparts.com to confirm your name on the list. Once we get 5 people they will bill them out. They said if we can get 8-10 people on the list they will take off an additional $25.
man i hope they will do this again i cant afford anything till after my move to cali... if i could spare the cash right now i would deff pick this one up, im going to need it anyway for when i do my lsx swap

im in mexico w/ VERY limited web access, but i'm interested, i'm back in the states thurs evening, hope this deal is good till after then, i'd really like to complete my spohn suspension so its 100% tubular. and have they addressed the issue w/ the kmember not lining up correctly or whatever the problem was?

I'm going to call Bruce tomorrow and give them my credit card number so that when we have 5 people they can just go ahead and bill mine out right away. I will ask how many have confirmed they are in on the purchase, but I don't think we have 5 yet so you should be fine. And yes I asked Bruce and a few of my friends that have this k-member and they all say you don't need the braces.
Well I put my order in today so I'm good to go as soon as we get more people to order. As of this morning I was the only one to confirm an order. Let's get some more orders in!
What is that price for? Steel? Chromemoly? Mounts/no mounts?
Wouldn't a % off, make it easier to calculate with the options? 2%.....3%.....5%.....? Or are the options regular price?
That's mild steel with no add-ons. They *may* give you a little drop in price for the options but you'd have to call and ask them. As of right now, we have 2 confirmed orders!
This is now open for regular sbc k-members! So if you have a car you'd like to put a tubular piece in there but aren't putting an LS1 in it (perhaps LT1?), you can still get in on this!
How many more people do they need? I'd be down for jumping in on this.. but I was really thinking about going with BMR. I heard they were better made? what do you think? http://www.bmrfabrication.com/F3-chassis.htm
