Ok, seems like you're a little mixed up but on the right track
The simplest path is to leave your fuel pump relay intact from your original harness. You only change which ECM controls it with the new engine/wiring
b) G4 goes directly to your fuel pump. Either leave your stock wiring alone or splice your new relay output to this wire
I do no know what E6 goes to as I deal in 90-92 wiring exclusively
c) That is not a fuel pump relay, its the starter kill relay. It is part of the VATS system and needs to be bypassed in order for your car to start. You can ground it and have a redundant relay or bypass it by connecting the two heavy gauge wires
d) Youll have to identify each circuit and remove/retain at your own discretion. Every swap is different, especially in the wiring aspect
