alright, anyone know where to tie the reverse lockout solenoid into for my swap? isnt there a connector somewhere i can use and not have to hack into the brake light wiring?

I spliced into my brake light wire. I don't consider it a hack. I use solder and adhesive lined shrink sleeve. The swap works great this way. Dean
so just put one lead to the brake light wire, and ground the other? and where is a good spot to find the brake light wire? i dont think the polarite to the solenoid matters does it? thanks,

Ground one side of the solenoid, other side splice into light blue wire at the brake light switch. Thats how I did it on my 88 Camaro. Yours should be the same. Dean.

I just looked at my Firebird shop manual and the light blue wire is correct. Dean
The polarity of the solenoid dosen't matter.

Reason: more info
Being a truck engine you likely wont have that pin on PCM the connector but LSx terminals are super easy to move without any tools
Holy crap I completely forgot I could've done that! I ran the t56 before I went LS* and now that I finally put an LS* in I should've cleaned up the wiring a bit. Oh well..
