LT1 swap running,now high idle?

Just finally got my LT1 running,it starts right up and revs very responsive but its idling pretty high..i dont know how high exactly because my tach isnt working but id say around 1500-2000 rpm...there isnt much to this motor,what could it be? ive tried unpluggin IAC and the MAF and no difference at all any suggestions??

im almost %100 certain its not a vacuum leak ive check everything..could it be an IAC? i pulled mine out but it seems pretty clean..am i supposed to be able to push it in or is it supposed to be locked like it is?

Theres a worm gear inside it. After cleaning you need to fully reseat it by jiggling it until it goes all the way in. Google IAC cleaning. You have to do it right or risk ruining the valve

Any codes?

oh no kidding i didnt know that...no doesnt appear to have any ive had the light flash on a couple of times but its prob just from me playing with plugs...my check engine light will still work correctly after this harness was done,right?

so seems to be the IAC..pulled it out and but a junk one i had in it with it turned all the way out and fired it up and its idles nice and low...how do i clean my other one? i understand im supposed to spray it out with some cleaner but after that is it supposed to spin? i already broke 1 doing this luckily it had been sitting forever and was all rusted up so it was no good anyways..but i dont wanna ruin this one,they seem to be expensive new..
