LS1 Fan relay wiring

Hey guys, real quick I was wondering if anyone could tell me where my fan relay brown wire should go? I see on pocket's single fan diagram the brown goes to C100 G8, but in 85 the G8 pin wasn't used.

thanks!

Re: LS1 Fan relay wiring

Every one of the diagrams posts that pertain to 3rd gen wiring are exclusive to 90-92 cars as listed in the thread. They should serve as a guideline only, not a specific do this, then that kind of thing for all cases

Info on the older cars is spares so it helps to trace some circuits down before snipping them, this being one of them. You want the fan fuse, so find the alt/fan slot in the fuseblock and pop it out. Now use a meter to trace the circuit to a pin in the C207 or C221. Ill give you a hint, its a tan/wht wire and should be in the C221. Same goes for all wires you need to connect like fuel etc
