now THATS a chase lol. i love how more realistic "driving" parts of older movies from the 80s are since it shows actual speed, physics, ect without the bogus special effects of todays movies. meaning what you just saw actually happened. but that lincoln mark V had no business in that chase haha.

BTW Thanks for posting that Lmancha, that was a fun watch. Some A1 stunt drivers in that movie. Plus I got to see a bunch of 80's cars lol.

Yes! I started looking for it every time I watched the show. In just about every street scene, the Camaro was there! It was also in the episode where they got lost in the parking garage.

Interesting representation of an '84 Z-28 on the Cleveland Show.

BTW, the one on KOTH I think is an '82-'84 Z-28. Look at the hood louvers in the first pic.

They didn't animate detail to the louvers enough to make a determination, but based off the ground effects (specifically the shape of the opening, and the lack of the 82-84 lower "grille"), it's an '85-'90 model. With animated versions it's always hard to definitively say what they were modeling, so best guestimate based on available styling cues has to suffice.

What's ironic is that the Cleveland Show's animated Camaro is a much more correct representation, but it is specifically misidentified in the dialogue as a Trans Am. This could be a result of their animation company in Korea using the wrong reference material, however. Macfarlane and Fox produce the dialogue and basic episode artwork in the US, but outsource the actual animation to Korea. It wouldn't be the first mistake that has come from that arrangement.

Counting Cars on the history Channel featured a 1986 IROC-Z. Painted it, lowered, 383 with long tubes and a true dual exhaust. They also replaced all the interior. Turned out nice.

To say something AWESOME! In the movie rock of ages, the black Iroc seen in the movie at the beginning is my old car. It was sold to a guy who worked as movie film locations in 90210 Beverley hills, CA. I asked him if it was going to be in a movie he said. "I can't tell you exactly, but watch for one in a new music style movie" and I'll be darn if I didn't see it. You'll notice it has a single red stripe and early style Iroc wheels and the position of the "iroc-z" but the car was an 88 which has 2 stripes at the bottom and different wheels. I couldn't believe a car I owned in TN went to CA and was in a movie. When I owned it it was the same way in the movie, early Iroc wheels and a single red stripe.

There is one in the end of the movie Friday Night Lights where Mike Winchell (The quarterback) is in his high school parking lot. It looked like a white Iroc.

Last night i watched Point Break (1991) with Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves, during the robbery chase there is a scene if look quick enough you can see a black 91 Z28 skidding to a stop in the chase scene. Good Movie too
