if i remember correctly in one seen in i am legend it shows a bunch of cars all piled up and such, as he is running through the city (more towards the beginning) and there is a grey/black Camaro near the front...i don't even know how i noticed it...but i did.

How could we forget the greatest show in the 80's, Miami Vice. In the very first episode, Sonny Crockett was driving a white third gen Camaro, I believe it was a Z28.

I just seen a weed commercial on abc family and it said that weed distroys lives and then it had what looked to be a red third gen camaro on fire in the drive way....

There is a song by brooks and dunn that has third gen camaros in it. Its a great video.

I believe the movie is "Wrong Turn 2". At the end of the movie when the final two are escaping from the warehouse full of the old cars, there is a white mid 80's camaro far in the back ground. The kind with the false split hood scoop.

I have seen WAY more. At my house its like, watching the movie ................look, camaro! The discussion of year, condition, and possible options follows.

Towards the beginning of 'Exit Wounds', Steven Segal throws a guy through the hatch glass of a 3rdgen Camaro.

In 'Shaft', the girl hes protecting drives a '91-'92 RS and her brothers have an '82-'84 SC or Berlinetta.

There are several Camaros in 'Heat'. The aforementioned black 3rdgen that gets blown to hell as Val Kilmer takes cover behind it during the big shoot out scene. Its not a notchback though. Here's another pic of an Interceptor M4S. Look at the deeper dish in the front and the shallower dish in the rear. I think one of the design guys at Chrysler must have been doing some "favors" for one of the design guys at GM. Either those are GTA wheels, or Chrysler ripped off Pontiac BIG TIME.

Yea I live in Houston and when We drove up to detroit I also saw the Chrysler museum. Just that car wasn't there 2 years ago. I guess they change out cars all the time or something

Does anybody know if Jason Statham drives a 3rd gen in the new movie Death Race (which looks extremely badass btw). It's hard to tell at such a quick glance and they mod the body of the vehicles but I saw the front clip and it appeared to be a camaro.

They change it alot, that car is not there now, I think they got a 340 Cuda' there as of now.

In the X-Files (first movie), there is a red 3rd gen in the bomb scene near the start of the movie. It is when Moulder & Scully hop into the back of the cop as the bomb is going off.

Also, just saw today on a Lifetime Movie Network movie called Honor Thy Mother, there is a black 3rd gen parked against a curb during one scene.

in the movie "Walking Tall" There is a guy getting the crap kicked out of him aginst the side and hood of a white 86 iroc. Its just after the rock takes over as sheriff and is busting people for drugs. Its a good lookin iroc also

Neat tidbit about the "Todd's" Camaro in Adventures in Babysitting (via Wikipedia):

Bradley Whitford, who played Mike Todwell in the film, was actually 27 years old at the time of shooting. He was uncomfortable with the age difference, but director Chris Columbus put him at ease by allowing him to use his own Camaro in the movie. The car is later seen with Whitford's real-life license plate "SO COOL".

I believe there is one in 'Ghost Rider' in the scene where Nicolas Cage gets the news van to pull over. When Eva gets out of the van, there looks like a white or silver 4th gen. behind the van/bus.

There's a gorgeous blue/white first gen Yenko in 2 Fast 2 Furious. I drool over it every time I see that movie.

Also, does anybody else just get pissed off when you see a movie/Commercial/Tv Show that just completly destroys a car? I mean like that Yenko I was just talking about, the ramped it and put it through a frickin boat!!! And that Above the Influence commercial, they set a third gen on fire. WTF IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE!?!?!
