Correct me if I'm wrong, because its been awhile since I saw the movie, but in Beverly Hills Cop II, the third gen that is in front of the strip joint which eventually gets shot at and crashes..... I remember somehow miraculously it turns into a 2nd gen on its roof correct? I would wreck a 2nd gen over a third gen any day.

Also in an episode of Speeders, a ‘Mommies Boy’ gets pulled over in a rather nice looking RS convertible. Turns out he didn't own the car...... big surprise.

I believe there's a 3rd gen in Fast & Furious 4, seen for just a few seconds in the background at the police impound lot. Of all the cars to steal, Paul Walker escapes with a Mazda.... right.
I believe the Camaro may even be one of the Indy Pace Cars, but my memories pretty foggy on that one.

There's like 3 of them and a second gen and a first gen. I don't think it's the Indy one it's a mest up one. And i think he takes a Subaru

The one scene that I liked best was when they take off into the desert and one of the chase cars is a third gen with some dude sitting on the passenger door shooting a machine gun. It's in there for a split second never seen again.

We all forgot the red formy in The Italian Job! I know it isn't a Camaro but it is harder to see third gens in more recent movies. I just watched The Italian Job last night on DVD and on purpose, paused the video for the brief second that the firebird was on there.

That looks a lot like a pace car to me, the silver and blue, the camaro logo on the windshield etc.

In the movie "Kuffs" with Christian Slater the bad guy drives a black '91 Z28.

I think it is too. A very dirty faded one but yeah.

In the Chase scene it looks to be a 82-84 Z28, and at the impound lot is definitely a 82 pace car.

There was a show on FOX called Fastlane that only aired for one season but one episode had a yellow IROC in it.

I just watched the movie iMurders and there was a blue IROC in it with some type of custom hood. The hood had a scoop in the middle but it also looked like it had the stock louvers too. The movie kinda sucked but the car was cool.

In the movie Skriek if you know what I did last Friday the 13th there is a 87 red Iroc camaro in the garage. The funny part is there is a nice looking camaro but the cast are working on a 1920s pick up truck. The movie is a funny movie if anyone wants to check it out

In the late 80's, early 90's Sentaï called "Winspector", the police car is a Camaro.

i know its not a movie, but they used a z28 on an episode of mythbusters the other week.
i thought it was pretty cool.

I think i remember that one, it had the tires sticking like 6inches away from the body, and had some terrible wheel hop.

They also dressed a black firebird up as the bat-mobile.
