Why dont you get the pics and best info about the products from that thread and bring it over here since you knew about them.
Why? Are you to lazy to read the other thread? It's not my job to filter out all the "crap" in that thread and bring it over here. I thought it was kinda nice to post that link so people could find more info on the lenses, instead of asking the same questions, they could just read the thread. Why have 2 threads with the same info in them?
I think this thread was started too early. I think H8 WWD should have waited until the lights are ready to ship B4 starting this thread. Klearz.com hasn't even started on the molds for the drivers side tail lights yet.

great to see these finially out.
Im sure you mean when the bulb is lit up inside. As far as the lenses look, they will be as dark as they look in the provided pictures but with red filling it in and tinted dark when not.
They look how they look, no installs yet, but soon Im sure.

MANY PLACES....Just search LED bulbs or CHROME STEALTH bulbs.

NO, as the numbers (DOT Legal Numbers) are removed to give the lenses a smooth look and feel. So technically NO, these ARE NOT LEGAL FOR STREET USE, but I've never heard of someone getting a ticket for illegal tails, but have heard of the law...

how 'bout some smoked side markers?
I'm 99% sure that's what I'm getting (smoked red w/smoked clear reverse), just waiting to see a pic. I already have smoked side front side markers. I bought them on ebay, I think they look great.
Re: KLEARZ Custom Tails ***THEY'RE READY FOR PURCHASE***
Are the smoked clear lenses smoke from the inside? It almost appears that way. So I'm assuming you took stock tail light assemblies apart and then stripped the red and amber from them. How do you go about removing the black lines from the grids? Or were these not originally OEM parts?

my geuss what be that they made new molds and used colored plastic
Re: KLEARZ Custom Tails ***THEY'RE READY FOR PURCHASE***
I like the ones that CrazyHawaiian designed. I would pay a lot of money to have a set like those. They would have to be smooth all across it and not bumpy like the stockers. No dividing lines appearing on the outside of the different light up sections. But still have the sections work like normal (except the reverse lights of course). Now, if they were LEDs......

Like stated above these are BRAND NEW, made from molds with color added, this is not colored plastic but made to that color...so they wont ever fade or yellow like stock colored plastic....they will darken over time but never fade or yellow...thats the benefit of these tails...

There is no way you can do what this company has done with clear coat and some black paint. I'm sure you your tail lights look good freshned up. But this company is giving us the option to "build" your own tail lights. The customer can specify what color each "section" is. Klearz.com has divided these off into 4 sections. You could do all orange if you really wanted to. Someone could order the a set to resemble the "export" tail lights that are really really rare. In theory, you could do blue, green, yellow, whatever colors are available to Klearz.com.
------------------------
Tail lights are not coated or painted colors, the actual plastic is that color. You can't remove the color from lenses.

By the way, The all-clear one looks very impressive.
No new products will be made....for right now, They have 2 more big projects they have to get done then they are trying to sell most of their inventory so they can start anew and in better shape than before...
In which time they will most likely re-open group buy requests and get back to making more products....

Not to mention these will not fade or yellow over time like stock lenses and like paint will and has done to others. So yeah, you get what you pay for here and thats quality lenses in any color code you want...also choice to color lines in if you want in any color, maybe body color, maybe keep clear anything can coem out of these new lenses from KLEARZ

How is the fitment, since they are molds? They look like an awesome product, I'm just curious how the fitment would be.

That would be slick, get all 4 sections to be used as your turn signal then have it wired so when your in reverse only the reverse section lights up, as usual...Hmmm, Ideas ideas..
Re: KLEARZ Custom Tails ***THEY'RE READY FOR PURCHASE***
kris your freaking awesome, everytime I come here thinking, ahhh someone with more questions that are stated here your already on it with the answers...HAHA, it really does help make my job easier, just sticking to the e-mails and setups...
Thanks for all the help through this, appreciate all of it.
No offense kenny, it happens, hope you get a set...
This info is in the thread already, please read the whole thread in the future.
I've read the thread, and the question I've asked still isn't fully answered. How have there been purchases made without seeing installed pictures that clearly show the fitment on an actual car? I don't doubt his craftsmanship, but I don't want to shell out $200 until I see a finished product ON a car so I can determine how they will fit/look. They look like a promising product but I'm not one to send money without knowing 100% what my purchase is going to look like.

Between this thread, and the other thread I already posted a link to. The info is there. (Guess you were to lazy to read the other thread).
Anyways, please read this thread before asking a question, as your question may have already been answered in the other thread.
I guess you've never heard of pre paying too? As a matter of fact, I think at least 20 people shelled out down payments months ago. And a few people have already sent in full payments.
So that is how "there have been purchases made without seeing installed pictures that clearly show the fitment on an actual car?"
Without those down payments sent in, these lights would have never been made.
I can understand that you don't want to pay until they are ready and installed. And I'm 110% sure that as soon as those who have already ordered them , and get them installed, we will have pictures.

No I'm not too lazy to read what you've already said, my point is just that I can see the use of a downpayment on something like this, but not a full payment, when the product is not even made yet. I guess I'll just wait to make a purchase until I see some positive INSTALLED feedback. I'd love to have something like this for my car, but $200 is quite a bit of money to shell away without knowing exactly what you're getting.
