There are alot of great hoods for camaro but one of my favorite is the 91-92 Z28 blistered hood. These pictures are horrible but i tried to ge the them the best i could. If i can get another camera i will take better pics. Enjoy guys -Matt

If your after the factory look and want somthing alot lighter then this hood is perfect. I make these hoods cause I really dont go to crazy for any of the other aftermarket hoods that are out there.

This is the hood on one of my '91 Maro RS's the other one just has a plane hood. Just one question is this an IROC or Z28 hood. I am more into the ol' skool kars myself I don't know much about these Camaroes. Also it has Z28 badges all around but the VIN cleary states its an RS was there a chance to order an RS with a Z28 package in '91??

P.S. Some of you ****ers have some bad *** hods

the blisters on the hood are from a 91-92 z28; the iroc louvers look different.
the only rs with a z28 options was the b4c, but the options where focused on performance like the lb9 and 5.7 engine on the rs, they also included a high gear diff and other susp upgrades.
but from the exterior it looked like a plane-jane rs

Honestly I fought long and hard about deciding between the stock IROC hood and the Ram Air II. But with plans for an LS swap I wanted the functional ram air and after seeing Camaroguy18's car I was sold on the RAII Hood. Besides I have an IROC hood on my 89 lol

91RS5Spd...That is a gorgeous hood!! I really Love those wheels though. I've been playing with photo shopping those onto my car cause I didn't know how they would look on a thirdgen but after seeing yours I'm convinced those are what I want.

Are those HP Lightnings or a different one? What size are they and did you need to do a spacer or does the backspacing fit for a thirdgen?

Thanks! Yes they are 19X9.5 HP Lightnings. I got them direct from HP, we worked on the package a bit but they didn't have at the time a set with the proper backspacing so we worked together to find the right sized spacers. I got the wheels hooked up with 275/30/19 tire but i recommend at least a 295/35/19 for the rear. It's just one of those things i learned through trial and error. Good luck with your car, if you do go with the HP's I can tell you you wont be disappointed.

Thanks again, ive worked really hard on getting the car to this point, and i consider where it's at currently to be far from done so hopefully better things are yet to come. If you want more pictures i have some more on my cardomain, ill keep everyone posted on updates!

Just picked this up off local Craigslist this weekend for $150. He bought it from http://www.championfiberglassproducts.com/chevy.html
Just put it on last night, still have a little tweaking to do. I'm going to have to slot the hinges a little more than the stock slots so the hood can come foreward another 1/4". Anyway, here's a couple pics. I love it, should have it painted soon.

That pic and this one were both taken within a few minutes, with out moving the car my friend takes all the pics and he said something about shutter speed, I have no idea how to use a camera I just show up and he takes the pics.
