Well after waiting about 3 months or so for this Camaro, I have finally gotten it in my name and registered! Its a 86' Z-28. My Mom's friend has had it parked in their driveway as a non-op for 2 years since their oldest daughter has moved away. They bought it from the original owner, who took care of it. They put new tires on it before parking it and decided she just wanted how much she paid for the tires and what not, so I ended up paying $550 for it. Pretty stoked as it has only been driven by women, and it has not been upgraded or messed with at all. No major dents, body is straight as a arrow, no rust, just all around clean for a car that old. Just passed smog today with flying colors and I am psyched to finally be a third gen owner, haha. Now the sickness begins.
I will get better pictures soon, but I just had a little fun the other night taking pics.
Good find man. I hate seeing our cars go for LS1 car prices. I love these things, but DAMN they are not worth 5000$+ with 150k plus miles and worn to death.
I like the way they look stock, so no body kits or 22" rims here boys. It is black with silver. Right now, my first upgrade plans on being exhaust. Its a pretty nice car for a 19 year old, haha.
amazing ride, woulda paid alot more than that myself by the looks of it.
lucky!

Thank you! I am loving it so far. I love doing work on cars, so this thing is perfect. Its sweet being one of the few third gens that are clean around here. I haven't seen one ,besides my buddies and his dads, around here. I just wish it was a stick with a 350, oh well. I can always swap out!
It was sitting because they really had no use for the car. They bought it for one of their daughters in 2000 I think it was. She moved out and got started with her own life and so the Camaro just sat.
Looks good. Now take off that stupid bra on the front...
agreeed. unfortunately i have the stupid bra on mine too because the previous owner hit something and decided to cover it with a bra. and therefore create MORE damage i now have to fix. #%#@&^!
