My new wheels for my 88 GTA

Here are some pics of the wheels I got today for my GTA. They are 18 x 8 Showwheels Streeters, it is an Aussie company and atm they are not exporting, so mine is the only Third-gen in the world with these wheels atm (there is a 4th gen T/A, but they don't count, do they )

Re: My new wheels for my 88 GTA

Yeah they do look at lot like TTIIs, just with a smoother rim and longer spokes. Heaps more brake clearance too, plenty of room for the C5 setup I have planned. They cost me $1400 plus tyres, but shits pretty expensive over here, so that was a good price, I would have payed the same for TTIIs.

Re: My new wheels for my 88 GTA

They look great, I wasn't sure what they'd look like on a third gen. I've been looking at them on ebay and I'm really tempted to get some for my '92 Camaro RS. I think I'd go with the grey ones maybe 18" £710 with £155 shipping to the UK.

Re: My new wheels for my 88 GTA

I am really happy with them, they clear my C5 brakes and the quality is great. They didn't have the grey when I got mine but mine are 18 x 8. Mine were the first set to go on a third-gen (I do know of one other one now), and they do fit really nicely

They're the same front and rear, it must just be the angle of the photo because there is plenty of dish front and rear.
