I'll be painting the car black with gold ground effects and gold decals eventually, so I would like to get wheels to match. I was thinking either chrome Z06 Vette wheels... or the original gold Firebird wheels that came stock on the car... or even gold GTA wheels.
Looks good!!! However, like other people have said, the wheels don't really match the car but you can always replace them down the road. My vote is for black GTA wheels with polished outer rings but gold may look pretty good as well.
Yeah, the rally wheels never look right on 3rd gens IMO. Timeless wheel design though. Also, the daytona hood ruins it for me. Why people like them I'll never know. FWIW, a Ram Air I, Powerbulge, or a base 'Bird hood look 1000 times better.

- 1 slushbox
Be proud bro. It looks better than most birds and camaro's on here. You like it and that is all that matters. My buddy is looking for a daytona hood like that but can't find them at all. I think it looks good.

I am proud that I own a clean third gen that hasn't been ragged out and can actually survive road trips without breaking down like most pos around my area today. I get compliments every time I get I step out of the car in public, so it's not the car that I'm blaming. Just felt that fellow third gen lovers would enjoy seeing a Trans Am that didn't look identical to every other bird on the road, but apparently because of the hood and wheels, no one enjoys seeing a Trans Am that actually runs and hasn't been destroyed.
dont get all bent out of shape here, you posted and people are commenting. The car looks clean, the body look to be in really good shape as well.
Dont worry abou the hood, its like every other style hood, people either love it or hate it. like the RAI and RAII hoods, i think the RAII looks bad on everything except a 4th gen, yet people on here put them on a camaro and think its awsome, i think it looks out of place.
I also dont like the wheels, but thats just my personal taste. The hood needs to be aligned with the front of the car a little more and it will look fine.
