Idk if any one knows but gettysburg airport is haveing drag races. pretty cool nice 91-92 z28 there with a LT1 setup. its all headsup. Its happing agian sat 11-4 $5 to get in and $5 for a race ticket, if u lose ur race u lose the ticket, win and u get it back. Hope to see those F-bodys

This sounds like a blast. Is it fbody only or can I bring the vette? I know it is over, but assume that they will do it again at some point. Please post when they do

I think they r having it again saturday 11-4? or something lk that ill find out for sure. I heard talk of them ording a tree and time boards????? i hope its ture. thanks alex

The guy who runs it isn't responding to emails and I know that there are at least 2 car club events, one of which is the Jalopi Racing Club that has their Sunday there, have been trying to get a hold of the guy but he isn't returning any calls.
I learned he did go to Lincon Speed and at least inquired about purchasing a Chrismas Tree and Timing Tower but did not buy it from them.
I also heard the Township closed him down foerever, or he may be taking it to court.
The guy just won't respond to anyone and that right there tells me no more racing at the Gettysburg Airport. If there was,.. he would be inviting all the folks that are asking.
Let me know if you hear otherwise as I really wanted to race there and was looking forward to the olden days flag starter they had there.

Could have been fun.
