How to remove ignition lock

I'm sure this has been discussed many times in the past, but the search is down and I've already spent hours trying to find a previous post on this. So here it is again....how do I remove the ignition lock cylinder from my 88 Camaro ? Thanks

you have to remove the steering wheel, the spring loaded lock ring, and the turn signal assembly, in that order, then there is a torx head screw that holds in the ignition lock assembly

this would probably get more responses in one of the tech forums rather than mid-west

Thanks Greg, I did look in the interior forum, but didn't see any reference to it. The PO put a different lock in it before I got it and the signal switch won't stay in either. Guess I will see what's up with that at the same time. It seems to be missing a clip on the end.
