you could get the whole 4x4 truck that this 350 is in for not much more,. needs finished, has headers, straight duals, 1989 700r4 trans, 208 case, 3/4 ton, needs a radiator and a TV cable and some other minor things to be complete and be a good work truck or lift truck,

heads are for sale off it, stock ones probably 882 but may be something else, i can check, they are nice stock factory untouched and remanufacture with 30 or 40k on them

And yes the 350 will fit, but you would be better off getting a ls1 since it is what it originally offered in those cars.
