Custom model: 1991 Z28 vert
Since I just posted a reply mentioning this...
Here is a custom model I just made for a Z28 herritage AMT 1:25 kit I bought on eBay (it has been discontinued some time now). I hacked off the roof, molded the rear seat side panels to come in, filled in the trunk area with sheet plastic, molded the spoiler and side spoilers out of 2-part modeling clay and then cut the toneau out of sheet plastic.
It came out pretty good, not perfect but as good as its going to get for me.

This onces not for sale as it is a replica of my car but I think I am going to make some more as it was a fun project. We'll see. have to scope out the eBay auctions for a new kit!
Edit: oops yeah, guess I put this in a classified forum. mistake.

Good job. You should have found a cheaper kit though. That one you could easily sell for $50 or so on ebay.

Thanks, I am actually having a hard time finding another 1992 Z28 model. Maybe I will try one on a late '80s Iroc.
