Dyno-tuning/chip burning in NYC area?

Does anyone know of a shop that does these services? I wanna install a HSR and have the engine professionally dyno-tuned w/a WB O2 sensor.
My main concern is that I,d like the place to be within an hour's drive. I'm in Brooklyn. I know there are speed shops in Long Island and possibly Queens. Staten Island will work for me.
If someone recomend a shop w/a Dynojet and a prom burning equipment I would greatly appreciate it.
