Thanks. I'm hoping to paint it this summer or over the winter. The paint on your car looked great. Whoever painted mine before I bought it did a crappy job. The font fenders were spray painted when I got it so I repainted them very quickly. They dont quite match and they dont look that great but it's better than spray paint! With any luck I'll have some new rims in a month or so.

I'd have to look a little closer at the paint but you might be able to wet sand and buff them mout. As far at the 350 goes, that sounds like a VERY good price. I would be curious as to what condition it was in and what was included. I remember how difficult it was to come up with some extra cash when I was that age. I'm 29 now and its not much easier!

I was there on the 11th, I think it was. I missed the first because of car problems. Thought I fixed it but on the way to the second week I found it was still there, so I havent driven it since. I was parked next to a white and blue Trans Am. If everything goes as planned hopfully Ill be there this week.

That sounds like the way to go. It definitely helps when you know someone who does body work. Thats what I do for a living. I pay for my toys with $ from side jobs. Fortunately, my boss lets me use the shop at nights and on weekends. The only thing that sucks is its not actually a body shop. Its a bus garage. No paint booth and things are pretty dusty.
Any way, time for me to go home and eat dinner. I plan on being at the show friday. If any thing changes, I'll post it.

This morning channel 11 said there might be showers on friday, but they always try to ruin your hopes of a good weekend.

Since several of us are here at the same time for a change, I say who ever gets there first, try to find an area to park and save a few spots. I'll definately be there if the weater cooperates. I'm going to try and leave work early, but i cant guarantee it will happen. I shoud be there before 6.

damn weather, its doesnt look too good. Too bad we can't meet up somewhere prior so we all know where to park and no one gets separated.

possible stray storm.. and rain is at 10% chance. so i think it will happen. I plan on getting there around 4:45ish so I can save a few spots if anyone wants.

EDIT: we could meet somewhere in the area then go but that would have to happen earlier or the chances of gettins spots together are rare

Real quick, what are you guys meeting up for, Starlight Cruise? Is it for this Friday? Hopefully I can get my engine swap done by then, if not, next week.

The show runs until the end of August. They just haven't updated what each weeks theme will be for the rest of the season. They seem to be kind of slow at that.

Last check on weather.com looked pretty good. I'm going to try to clean mine tonight. I'm still waiting to hear if some friends are going to make it or not. Everybodys trying to get their cars running or cleaned.
