[quote=t/adreams;3552242]Hey guys, just spent my first week here and DAMN, its COLD! I live near North Street (the good part, not that no-so-awesome area). I have an excellent view of the city and some HD channels and the sports package. Anytime any of you would like to drop by to watch the game and drink some beers, I'm good for it.
North Ave? 15212? There is no good side to North Ave!
So did any of you guys want to meet up at WoW in the thirds if its nice or just hang or whatever? Im only 16 but even i can see that could be a decent time, even if we only see the show!
I'm in Johnstown, almost 2 hrs east. There's a nice handful of us that get together alot thoughtout the summer at local car shows and Carlisle of course. Anyone have a myspace page? Here's mine, feel free to add me...

I also checked out Saddle Ridge last night, I really had a good time, even though I didn't know a soul. Do you guys ever meet up for anything other than repairs?
In other news, I still have the T/A out at the moment but I'm looking for a beater, I ran across a 2.8l but it didn't run quite as decently as I'd like it to.
Anyone have anything under a grand they want to sell me?
do you mean north ave. in bellevue, because if so my parents used to own an appartment building on that street, and it had an awsome view of the city?
hey i was searching around on carcruises.com and found out they are having a festival in my hometown with a car cruise, its about 3 months away now but i thought i would start spreding the word around now. it was be pretty sweet to see some other thirdgens there, heres the web site http://www.carcruises.com/cruise_detail.asp?eid=10798
Hey all. Im 17 and live in the area, Rostraver to be exact. I'm about 45 mins from Pittsburgh. I'm in the Century III area alot though considering I work down that way.
We should def get together sometime in the spring though..
and meeting in the spring should work well. The camaro will be painted by then
Yeah I should have mine wet sanded by then. As soon as the weather breaks Itll get done. I still need to insure it, register it, and get it inspected but I'm in the process of that now. I haven't had it on the road yet since I bought it 2 years ago and started restoring it, but its getting close to being done. Til then I'll be driving around in my 97' Grand Am GT like I've been doing lol..
Most of us are watching it, just not as often. I've been spending time working on my cars instead of at the computer. I plan on going to world of wheels, probably saturday.

Yup, I plan on going Saturday too. Probable after I get off work.

I'm about halfway between you and Century 3, in Elizabeth.
For those of us who will be at the convention center saturday, what time are you planning to be there and would you like to meet somewhere?
I'll be there around noon.

Im afraid i wont be able to get there till somewhere between 3 and 6 because of some important work that needs done. And ill be without the iroc (which is in pieces) so Im not sure.
I get off work around 4:00, so I'll be there around 4:30-5:00 with my family. I'll probably wear a Quaker Steak (Wear I work) or BVA (My school) hat lol.
i'll be there either on saturday or sunday, i'll try to go saturday, i'll probably be wearing my custom painted camaro sweatshirt that has my camaro on it, and i got a quick question, does any one on here collect hot wheels?
yeah winter is almost over and usually my car can come out march 1 to play...but not this year... she's down for the count atleast for alittle while. Not sure when it will be on the road. new engine build is gonna take alittle time i'm sure. I just need headers, injectors, shortblock and some other litle things to get it all done

Paper specs look good to accomplish my goals...i just hope it works out that way. I see no reason why this car cant have 400-420whp and run mid 11's just gotta get it up and running so i can complete it. once the motor is in, i'll need to do the exahust and to do that i feel i will need subframe conectors and possibly the cage installed before i can cut the frame to clear the exhaust. Then ofcourse its probly gonna take me a month to get the idle/part throttle tuning somewhat liveable. WOT should take a few hours on the dyno i guess..maybe less if i do alot of street tuning before hand..which i will
