I just made a car-show post yesterday that's got a very good list of most of the shows in Western MA and the surrounding area. There's plenty of stuff on that list to keep you entertained all summer!
Im in maine but performance was my goal.
My car is in really good physical shape also..
I had a great time researching on here and wrenching on the camaro the last couple years....
Well, i just officially got the camaro!!!!! I checked its VIN and it is actually an 86. At first I just want to restore it to decent condition, and then slowly add to it to raise it's performance. Sweet Camaro camaro8811
thanks, it's in the process as they all are. i just got the iroc decal kit on (silver) and it looks great. it has all new red/silver iroc emblems that also look awesome. i just put the grille on 2 weeks ago.
it's still got a bunch of stuff to do. i've got chrome door handles, a new dash pad, and new door seals. gotta fix the a/c, paint the hood, and fix a little dent on the front passenger fender.
the interior is the real thing that sets it apart. it's got black leather seats with white piping around them. it looks awesome. i just put on a woodgrain dash kit and it looks sweet. its also got chrome pedals from mr. gasket. i just did over all the interior switches (windows, locks, and hatch). its got a grant gt steering wheel. all in all it's a real nice car and i'm having a blast with it for my first car.
sweet, good luck. Sounds like its going to be awsome.
So, where do you live?
i'm in plymouth. the best car show is friday nights at the halifax wal mart. on a good night 400 show up. when the season gets going it's around 500 or 600 cars. it's so much fun.
anyone fed up with emissions in this state? I have to find an 84 or older to mod up....
On another note....dang state cops, one that lives in my town almost sideswiped me this morning, on MY road. My road is a one lane dead end, and he was going about 35, and talking on a cell phone. Not only is he a state cop but he was the Local Police Chief before. In the past two days Ive had 3 idiots almost hit me/run me off the road.
If it makes you feel better I live in methuen Mass and the police have been making the front page. Some officers got caught making 170k a year off federal money and the fbi sent the mayor home with no pay for 4 days (last time I heard, could be longer now). The fbi is now going through the methuen police department and making cuts.
Good riddance to corrupt police.
BTW: don't get me wrong I like police officers(my brother is one and two of my friends also, I just dont like the ones that do not care about their job)
