It's do-able but I would have to change the font that I used. Thats the Bauer Hockey font and thats how the letters are....
How about something like this....

If I had to choose out of the ones that are posted, I 'll pick this one. However, the last few that were posted are a little too sloppy and Ghetto in my opinion. Would make me feel like it's an import club.
I was also thinking about setting up a local message board. I know of two that exist and they both suck. I can handle that. Let me know what you guys think.

I'm honestly kinda partial to this one too to be honest! I went through something like 300 different font styles that I have before I chose this one...
this shouldn't be area specific (ie NYCTHIRDGEN or LITHIRDGEN) just because if there are going to be people from LI and NYC then we should have a happy medium ya know... thats why I honestly think that maybe thirdgen.org makes sence..

I didn't really like how the logo looked with the 3 because the r is lower case and I thought it just looked weird.
I took the other box lettering and Italicized it a little bit more and put an outline of a third gen over top of it... (shhh I stole the outline from the TGO stickers LOL) It was done really quick and it really needs to be touched up a little more...
I actually kinda like the way the other one came out though with the outline over top.... I think I might have to flatten the font a little more and make it a little less tall like the other font....
I like the one above, only, I would rather see the word "Third" spelled out though, otherwise it'll look more 3rdgen.org than ThirdGen.org....
Heh, guess I'm just being a little too superficial though, huh....?

Here, why not just use our very own "classic" banner, and simply remove the words message board, and replace them w/New York....

this one is perfect.. and sorry charged350 i didnt really want to include the l.i.f.b.a. because for the most part there 4thgen lsx guys.. and i dont want to start another flamming post here. but if there's members that own a thirdgen there of courese more than welcome.. im luving that sticker.. lets get em printed up.. il throw some $$$ in asap...dave.....

my car wont be ready for a long while,, right now its at oulaw perormance getting lots of work done, than it goes into the body shop, it may be there for a while. then back to outlaw to install the procharger p-1sc.. gooman, charged350, streetlethal and turboman should meet up soon and go over club details.. i know a t-shirt print guy that will hook us up. i really want to get the whole thirdgen.org thing rolling asap, especially printing those stickers.. pm me youre phone numbers to set something up..

Nah, not my Camaro. I saw it there the day I brought my Camaro home. And I saw the guy drive it the other night. Its an old guy. Im gonna try to catch him one day and see if I can buy the car. Or make friends with him. Theres another guy a block from me with a 89 RS 'Vert with 88-90 IROCs on them.

Actually the car outline has both a bird and a camaro in it...
As far as colors or whatever doesn't really matter to me... it was just the color I picked at the time... mainly since my car is about that color LOL

dahm, you would think that the mods would notice my threads and take me off probation already, ive been on it for about a year already. anyone know how i can get off probation? and btw, i like the logo in the red color, we can make both red and blue..

i personally like the two emblems above, either color doesn't matter to me. I am open to seeing someone tinker with photoshop though. We can keep that option open but we can vote to hardcore push for someone with photoshop or stick with the emblems above for now. Then in the future if someone comes along with photoshop skills we can go that route if we so choose.

I just saw this thread and I am def. down for a cruise and club type thing. I am in suffolk county. If you guys need anymore help photoshoping stuff i got photoshop CS3 I can play around with. (im good with the basics and thats about it)
We need a meeting before I take my engine out and then I'll have a little bit of an incentive to finish up my 388 build.
