Anyone going out there? I tried calling them and of course they don't keep an inventory. I want to see if they have any 93-02 firebirds/formula/trans am's so that i can get a part for my '88 but the message clearly says that they don't keep inventories of the cars that they have so therefore they cannot confirm having the parts. If anyone can chime in with experience and possibly tell me if there are any 4th gen firebirds there so i can get sum parts for my 3rd, that would be great!!!

Just happened to come across this posting on a google search. I'm in Binghamton, well, Newark Valley actually, but I go to Gary's on occassion. There are a few places you can try. Gary's is basically a place where they dump the car and people strip it and take whatever. They only know what cars they have dumped in their lot and that's it. Don's Automotive is right next door. They are an inventory place and they pull the parts for you, but at a much higher cost. The parts, however, are of better quality usually and they should be able to tell you if they have a part or not simply with a phone call. There is a place called Interstate Auto Parts out towards Tioga Center near Owego, they operate just like Don's. The last place I know of in the area is in Horseheads called Pick-A-Part. I haven't been there but I hear good things about it. It operates much like Gary's. Hope this helps.
I just pulled my black interior from a car at Gary's and paid about 30 bux total for the plastics, a lot of random stuff, and a MINT dash pad. They have about 5 or 6 third gens there now with quite a bit left on them.
