Yep, daily driver for 22 winters. Put four studded snow tires on it, and weights in the rear trunk well, and it actually will get good traction. I passed some front wheel drive cars that were stuck last winter. Yeah!
The 4 studded tires are the key. Without them, forget it. No chance.
awesome dude
what tires and rims do you recomend? do you have any photos of your KARR in the snow? links would be awesome as well

I am from Revere, do you have any pictures of your car and your buddys 89 trans am.
The 89, the body had deterioted so badly that I could no longer get a sticker on it, and estimates for repairs were more money than the car was worth, I sold it to a member here for parts.
The 86 needed a transmission, but at the time I didn't have enough money to fix it. Sold that to a member here as well.
I could do Kellys, if you guys don't mind looking at my Caddy, that is.

We should plan a meet at the "new" sonic on route 1 in Peabody/Saugus whatever it is. I know it's cold now but when it gets warmer I say let's do it, easy location to get to and decent food. What do you guys say
Crossfire? Nope, they were dead in '84, all 1984 Recaros came with the L69. Things are going well. Car's just collecting dust right now while I work on the house.

Been living in Chicopee for 2 years now, and pretty much lurking. My cars are in my sig. Not show quality yet, but do enjoy the 'ROC on sunny days.

western mass. here in spfld.just picked up an 87 iroc-z28. 305 tpi 5 speed, convertible. will be getting plates monday. seeing as how chevy made no allowance for front plates on this ride, am looking for creative ideas as to how to attach front plate without detracting from cars elegance or value. am cringing at having to drill holes in the spoiler!!!
am also looking for factory fog lights that came with it as previous owner lost them. i do not think that will pose an inspection problem, but would like to see them on the car anyway. gotta say o luv the burgundy paint. car runs like a top shifts like a dream. cant wait to start driving it.
at least till the snow gets here. any ideas would be gratly appreciated.
am new to this website and not exactly sure how to navugate it yet, but i will learn.
They did make a front number plate bracket for camaros, they turn up on Ebay every now and then, I also bought one from the Chevy dealer when I had my '86, but that was 8 or 9 years ago, at the time it was $20.00.

not sure what you mean by signature, but yes did see the reply. not sure what you mean by hideaway flip plate. where would i go to find something like that?
wow thanks for the quick response!!!! i will check at my local dealer, but here in mass. once the plate is issued i have 7 days to get the inspection, so am a little pressed for time on getting it done.
Bob not sure I understand. Just get a spare nose piece, and put the plate on for inspection, then swith back to your show piece
I have 3 or 4 of them, and the license frame

well car is not up to show standards. close but not quite.unfortunately here in mass with new laws its a must have 2 plates on the car. yes i could rig something for inspection, but will have to do something more permanent for future
no you miss understood. That black piece that goes around your wouldbe fog lights, just had a plate holde screwed to it, from the factory, I have a few. The frame is held on by 4 #15 torq screws, thats it
