Need Some Advice - Third Generation F-Body Message Boards

I might be trading my 99 Dodge Durango for an '83 Berlinetta with work done to it. I was askin $2700 or trade for a 3rd gen camaro. This is what the Camaro has:

Brand new 357
454 lift cam
trix flow pistons
shorty hooker headers
edlebrock carb
brand new interior
8 point roll cage
b&m shift kit
air suspension in rear
All new guages
And it's a T-Top

The only down side is it's in primer and needs the rest of the exhaust. I'm most likely gonna do the trade, but I wanted to know....About how much would the Camaro cost if I had to buy it? Seems like more then what I was selling my Durango for.

I wouldnt look at how much if you had to buy it as much as how much if you had to build it...I'd say the engine alone is probably 2k min, brand new interior isnt cheap either....although with a roll cage i'm not sure what that may mean. regardless..I'd say your getting a deal. exhaust is 400 bucks, paint as much as you want to pay....

Ok, so I found a different car that more or less fits what I'm looking for. It's a 92 RS with a ZZ4 swap, flowmaster exhaust and an unknown cam. The guy I'm getting it from got it with the engine already swapped in. The car needs a little work but nothing crazy. I'm doin the trade tomorrow.
