What is it w/ Dirke's? They must be crushing the f-bodys. One day they had 3 3rd gens and 3-4 4th gens and when I went less than a month later, there was nothing. I've never found anything decent at Albion and Shorty's are mostly stripped down to nothing from what I recall.
Yeah last time I was at dirkes they had a few f bodies there. The ones they had were fairly picked over. The firebird at albion is the first 3rd gen to show up in quite some time
anyone seen 4th gens in the junk yards i need ls1 stuff plus a 4th gen gas tank. which jersey junk yards are worth going to?
Some of the U-Pull-It type yards will drill about a 1/2" hole in the gas tank to drain out the fuel (from what I've noticed). I can't think of any that are worth going to anymore. I might have to go hunting in PA or DE.
I go to junkyards all over including Maryland,Pocono,North/Central Jersey and I seem to have better luck finding parts the further away I travel.Although every once in a while I get lucky around here.
