Used to live about 20-25 min from blairsville in Delmont, right off 22. 15 min from the racetrack. I'm now in houston but my car is still in PA and i will be back occassionally to race it on weekends and go to shows in the summer when possible

Yeah i saw that third gen fest. i would love to go but it is like an 8 hour drive for me so im not going to wast the time and money just for a car show haha. thier is a good one in marion center. Im not sure the date this year yet but it is usually at the end of the summer.

The snow did hit us pretty good. the days are getting warmer and it is slowley melting... although this week they are calling for snow about every night but not much for accumalation. this weekend is suppose to be warmer so im hoping to get my car out for the first time this year

Camaros dont do to good in snow. i put mine away every winter and i got a truck to drive in the winter so im good... bad on gas thought haha

Yeah i know first hand camaros arent good in snow. Ive been driving mine the past couple weeks cause the reverse in my truck went out. Then we had a couple big snows.

what core class are you taking? i was in automotive then i took light duty diesel and the ASM.

i tried to get my car out today but the bat was dead from over the winter and i couldnt get it charged enough to start so i just took my truck today. ill have my dad put it on the charger tomorrow so it has more time on the charger before i try it again.

Wait till the weather gets nice. The irwin/norwin car show goes on every saturday night. Really brings a crowd some nights. Mainly old muscle cars and hotrods but we had a mini thirdgen meet out there once. This is off route 30 in norwin at the norwin hills shopping plaza

Early summer there is a mini show every sunday at the dairy queen in delmont off route 66. Also, down the street alittle ways off route 22 in delmont heading towards murrysville at the lamplighter restaurant, there is a show thursday nights

well if thier is a third gen meet let me know. Maybe ill try to make it down some nights to see what is going on. i use to do that in johnstown when i dated a girl from thier. they met at ems subs and crused around. it was a good time.... wish they did that up in indina wher i live.

I went to that school before it was ever wyotech back in 97. Used to be called Vale tech. If your into having a good time and that place is anything like it use to be, your in for a few fun months.

Made it out to PA today. Was pretty sweet. Minus the 14 hour round trip drive. I sucured housing in Latrobe. Also made the trip to the school to find the best routes. The school is much bigger than i thought. Looks awsome out there though. im used to flat land! Cant wait for the move in a week and a half! I was actually surprised i only saw 1 third gen the whole time and it was sitting next to a garage in rough shape. Hope to see more once im out there for good! Ready for the car shows also!

Its winter, you wont see many nice cars out now. ANd to be honest, you probably wont see many decent thirdgens. I grew up in that area and havent seen much. Occassionally you will see a clean car but most are ratted out.

I will be back in PA for the weekend on easter. HOpe to have my car out if its nice.

When i was their it was a blast. teachers can be strict about some stuff like cell phones, but trust me you will have fun.

Well im here all settle in in Latrobe. School starts in a week. Brought the camaro out here. Hopefully it doesnt get me into to much trouble. been hearing about these cops around here. I have actually seen a couple other thirdgens around here. Mine is by no means nice. it needs a paintjob. currently sporting the flat black like most thirdgens back home. But my car is not rusted or rotted out. I pretty much built the whole thing out of about 5 other cars in 3 weeks starting with a bare gutted berlinetta body. Its not to bad looking for for little tools i had to use. So if you see flat black camaro that looks like a 91-92 z28 with chevy logo on the back window thats me. the car is still a work in progress but she runs and drives.

Im looking forward to finding some hangouts this summer. i am attending night classes so pretty much saturday night will be the only night i have to run around. Hope to see some of you other thirdgen enthusiast out and about!
