i was going to go there for the same thing. but there aren't many jobs around here for somebody with that much qualification. i decided on going to the local trade school and getting certified in welding. lots of welding jobs around here starting at 12-14 hr.

Re: Ohio?

Munson,
Just started driving the T/A today. I have tokico struts for the front, but I got them used and I'm wondering if one is shot, or if the adjuster is just "in between" settings. I'm ditching my GFX. Every car I've ever had has been ugly to everyone but me, why should this one be any different. But sure, maybe we can drop in.

TPI383,
I'm at 44021. Give me the right day and I'd just pick up.

the cars that come there aren't show cars, they are race cars and street cars. my car doesn't look good, i still take it though. not sure when people will start meeting up there, probably april. saturday night at 9 pm.

Re: Ohio?

Sounds like a a place to check out then, I like Go better than Show anyway. Cash, what gearing is your 9 bolt? I'm thinking of getting one, but it's 2.77 and I have a T5. I currently have 3.73s ( so I was told). do you think I would still be able to snatch them loose with my 305?

you have a PM TPI383.

i wouldn't get a 9 bolt unless it is a series 3 carrier with 3.27 gears or higher. if you get that 9 bolt with the 2.77 gears, you won't be able to upgrade to higher gear ratios. i have 3.70 gears in my 9 bolt. you also have to watch, about half of those low ratio 9 bolt rear ends didn't come with posi, and some didn't even come with disk brakes. you could still spin the tires with the t5 and the 2.77 gears though. i'm all about the go and not the show myself also, i don't go to car shows really. i prefer to hit car "gatherings".

Hey, everyone... My name is Josh and I'm in Dayton. I just got back in the F-body scene. (Used to have an 89 Camaro)...

This is the new ride. 1985 T/a... 305 motor with a TBI system on a Weiand intake, 700r4 trans with Hurst Promatic shifter... (go easy on me, it was a $500 special and I have enough money to get her looking good and running strong)

The carpet was kinda rough anyway, so I pulled it to replace it and check the floorboard. Every square inch of the floorboard is bright red and not a spec of rust.

Re: Ohio?

look under as thats how my last car was when we got it inside was all there but they use 2 layers to the floor boards once one of the layers rusts away the next one dose much faster then the last
the problem is how thin the layers are replacement floors are 1 sheet of thicker steel

took my black car less then a year to go from inside floor clean to a large hole
