autolite batteries suck

ya dont ever buy a autolite battery, they are really exide batteries in disguise. i go through mine all the time and only reason i use them is because they are always free when they die every few months no joke. today my negative terminal had a meltdown . kinda sucks.

Oh don't get me wrong, I think they're the best too, but I got a good deal on that one and needed it same day so I am sporting the Platinum.

Although I think the battery didn't fry the negative terminal, it made my whole drivetrain jump out of my car.

I agree with Terrell, buy a quality battery and you only have to buy it once. Although you are getting free batteries every time one breaks think about all of the time and hassle you are spending taking out the old one and installing the new one. That alone would make me buy a better one, not to mention it drives me crazy when I have to reset all of my stereo settings and stations.

I agree with Travis, alternator is easier, but that's only because I don't have a serptine belt, I have all of the old v-belts and they suck, lol. Someday I have to change those over to a serptine belt.
