City of Omaha should buy me a new tire....

So I am going fishing with one of my buddies tonight... So wee meet up at the high school we go to and I park my car (lok it all up and take radio faceplate with). When he drives back to my car I am leaving the parkinglot and I turn out onto 144th Street in Omaha. Just as I turn the corner I see an unavoidable pot hole... Bam! Water flies all over the left side of my car and I hear a hissing from the right rear. So I throw on my hazard and go back into another entrace to the parking lot. Pulled ou tthe ol trusty spare and as I am putting it on a cop pulls up and gives me some light. The tire comes off and soare goes on. Pull away and he wishes me a good night.

This pot hole was on the turn path when ytou go out of that parking lot. Should Millard N. High school buy me a new tire or should the city? Could I make a case with that? This is rediculos, TAKE CARE OF ALL THE ****ING POTHOLES in this city!!!!

Good luck trying.

Many cities have a number you can call to report street problems so the repair crews can get out to fix them.

But, you're probably on your own replacing the tire.
