Where to go???
Hey i need to know where to go to get the aluminium refinished on a set of rims in the Chicago area. Also about how much it will cost to do the 4 rims. Let me know, THANKS

Do it yourself! It'll cost ya about 150.00 a wheel. I just did my 15 inch Formula lookalikes and they turned out great! Just follow the article on polishing wheels here. It will take some patience but the results are outstanding.

I just noticed you have a TBI, are your wheels the Formula lookalikes too? I wish I knew how to submit pics on this thing because they would motivate you to do them yourself too. IT IS EASY.

I have the stock rims on there right now, but im picking up a pair of the 16x8 formula rims this weekend depending what condition they are in. He said they are in great shape but the aluminium would need to be refinished

There is a company called Transwheel that will do the refinishing for you. And they do excellent work. However they charge between $150 and $200 per wheel. So if you got lots of money, but no time then they are for you.

You could do the work yourself for cheap enough no problem.
