"Skirts"
well it's something i've been contemplating on....when i bought my car, it was the first time i ever saw a thirdgen that had these "skirts" on the bottom of the car. They attach themselves to the lower ground effects under the doors. For what purpose they serve i don't know. Perhaps it's suppose to hide the exhaust? or acts like a splash guards against water? or perhaps under high speeds, guides the air away from the undercarrage, preventing that "lift" feel under highway speeds??

any idea guys? gals? comments? or am i just crazy?

sorry, no unfortunatly i dont' have pics of them on the car or pics of them individually.
all they are, are just long black abs plastic pieces that are flexable.
they have a innner lip where there are several mounting bolt holes and they are just held by sheet metal screws in place under the ground effects....

oh yeah go sox!

Skirts
These skirts are on my 88 GTA also. I thought that they were there because she is a modest lady and didn't want her undies to show!!
