Autobahn Country Club with NASA Midwest July 22nd - 23rd

Guys, sorry I'm posting this info up on short notice. I've been busy the last couple weeks and now I'm busy as hell again after last weekend at Mid-Ohio.

NASA Midwest will be at Autobahn Country Club (http://www.autobahncountryclub.com) in Joliet on July 22nd and 23rd. Come check out the fun and watch some cool cars scoot around the track.

I probably won't be available to chat much, since I'm probably going to be doing the Competition Licensing school and that takes up most of your time all day, but my dad and brother will be there pitting for me as well as some other friends. That and I usually pit by the American Iron guys who run 3rd gens, so if you're at all interested, this would be the event to come check out.

Action usually starts around 8am and is over at 5pm. I should be available to sign autographs after 5.

Check the ACC page for directions. Also, they have a $10 gate fee this year, but it's still worth it. Bring a cooler though as it's going to be hot and you don't want to have to pay concession stand prices all day

As far as why I'm busy, I hurt a T5 at Mid-Ohio last Saturday then I put the car in a tire barrier on Sunday. I'm fine, and the car is mostly straight now, but the carnage shots would have you believe otherwise:

Mid-Ohio July 8-9 Carnage shots

Well, even if you just want to come for one day, it'll at least give me a chance to pass on the go-fast crack pipe

I won't be able to BS much anyway, I'm taking the comp school so I'll basically be in the classroom unless I'm on track.

The car is almost completely repaired.

- Car is as straight as I'm going to get it since it's getting thrown away at the end of the year
- bigger brake ducts are on
- new exhaust is on (ditched the cat-back for a 3" bullet straight out the side)
- all fluids topped off
- pads, wheels bearings, etc checked and ready to go

Anyone need a cheap stainless SLP 2OTL?

I don't know what they're going for, Jer. Make a reasonable offer and it's yours.
