You would be better off posting this in the Chicago suburb board. There's probably a better chance you may find them. It's possible it could be somebody I know but the car doesn't sound familiar.

Re: PLEASE READ.. Accident sauk trail and western

If the admins could move this that would be cool anyways the car was a 3rd gen iroc with most of the nose in primer so he was working on it as we all are it sounded good before he got hit the driver was a tall black man about 6-2 and he went to the hospital so he might not turn up for a couple of days. But I gave my information to the police and hopefully they include it with the report because the way the other driver was talking she was blameing it on him and didnt like what I had to say

He already did that. That is why he said "if the police don't give you my information" contact him.

Well glad he was a member here and found the post hate to see another 3rd gen go away but hopefully he will find another one

Will see if the insurance company calls ..... if not I will call them for him

Re: PLEASE READ.. Accident sauk trail and western

get a damn lawyer and sue everyone. the cops, the insurance, the other driver, his insurance,idot.........its the only way to get people to act on anything and then you might get some satisfaction. trust me ive been dealing with this **** for 16 + years. dont waste anymore time. consulate a lawyer and not any old mutt out of a phonebook. any law suit the most important thing you can do is get the right lawyer. if you dont you lost from the get go. good luck and god sped
