Aluminum driveshaft...UMI saftey loop

Driveshaft has maybe 300 miles on it. Balanced and new u-joints by Surge Friction. $120 FIRM.

UMI safety loop...$40 (for 4th gen, someone told me they work on 3rd gens as well).

Re: Aluminum driveshaft...UMI saftey loop

I had long tubes with no cats and a B & B Triflo exhaust. It fit perfectly. Straightline Performance ordered it for me. I'm not sure what the part # is though.

Re: Aluminum driveshaft...UMI saftey loop

Hmm I think UMI only makes one basic kind, just for stock exhaust or LTs.. it bolts up where the factory "tunnel brace" does, right? (meaning it would not work on a thirdgen either..)

Re: Aluminum driveshaft...UMI saftey loop

You're right now that I think about it. Only for a 4th gen.

Driveshaft will still work for anyone that needs one.

Re: Aluminum driveshaft...UMI saftey loop

No...I can take one if you'd like. It's a rebuilt 4th gen shaft that a previous owner painted black.
