what do you think it should run

i have an 82 z28 no heat no a/c, no headliner,
the engine is a 350 horse golen crate version with 72cc world products sportsman II's heads, it has a 3000 stall . turbo 400 tranny ,spohn adjustable torque arm,
also battery has been relocated to the back,
the rearend is with 3.73's and an auburn posi
i weight 170 lb's, i am wondering what it should do in the 1/4 mile
right now it has 255/60/15 radial t/a's but i am thinking about buying some different tires

traction, tell me about it, i will be going down the road and stick it to the floor, and it'll just spin, i have some black wheels on it now, and am probably going to get some different wheels, so i might buy some used slicks from a shop in the city, and mount them on th black wheels, i am hoping for 13's though
