what size backspacing??

didnt know where to put this so i decided here is fine for now. i was wondering what size backspacking would i need to fix some 17x11's (w/ 335/35 tires) in the wheel wells and not have 2 worry about rubbing. im debating now if i wanna tub or not becuase the 11.5" slicks i use now on my 15" rims are really close 2 rubbing.

I run 5.5" bs on my car with 15x8 prostars with 28x11.50 et streets and it fit with slight modifications to the inner fender and cutting the bump stop. Im not sure if you could get away with anything more than 5.5".

Im assuming you are talking about your front BS since you referenced the inner fender and bump stop. What BS are you using on the rear. Im in the process of picking rims for my car and have been searching the forums for diff. sizes and BS's that fit. IM leaning towards Prostars so your fitment interests me a lot.

Thanks.

I was actually refering to the rears. There is a rear bumpstop that is on the inner fender that sits just above the axel tube behind the tire. I was running this setup with out it removed and was fine, i just felt the clearences were just to close and its mainly a track car so i cut them off. I did need to massage the inner fenders towards the front and back of the tire. In the rear im running a 5x8 with 5.5bs with a mt et streets 28x11.5 and in the front im running 15x3 with 1.75b.s with mt sportsman pro 26x6. Here is some pics to help out
