no, actually, ideally, you'd want to run a rear sway bar and no front sway bar, that way you have optimal front suspension movement and proper rear end planting.
you'll need the rear sway bar, clamps to the rearend, and then the brackets that bolt to the "frame rail". make sure you get the bolts used to mount them as well, cause they are self-tapping. from there, the end links can be had from auto-zone, as they carry energy suspension stuff. you'll also want to replace the bushings that wrap around the actual sway bar as well.
a 24mm rear sway bar can be had through the boards here.
i think the rear sway bar came standard on all 85+ F-bodies, so you can grab the frame mounts/bolts from one of them. had the 84 berli not need them, i'd have a set from my 87 that i could send you...but alas, Kody needed them

yeah, i drove mine for about 6 months without mine on. after hitting an overpass at over 150+mph and about lost the car from body roll, i decided to
a. keep the front sway bar on while street driving
b. don't drive that fast on open roads (yeah, it was stupid and i was less mature than i am now)
now it only comes off before i go to the track and goes back on as soon as i get home (even if it's 2am)
