i know i saw at least one of you guys there.... howd you do?

that track sucks ba!!$ there is more grip at atlanta motor speedway, and they race on the pit road of the oval track! it was fun being there, and i beat the only car i actually ran lol, that pass was either low 9 or high 8 i guess, didnt get time that round

i had a rough time there too. we didnt make it through tech due to no neutral safety switch. i had to buy a new shifter at advance, install it, and BARELY made it back through tech in time before they closed fri. night. got back to the pits, swapped shifters again, and by the time we finished that up they had closed staging. we got no practice run.
my friend was driving the car since he bought the tickets and registered. sat. morning 1st round qualifying was his first pass ever in the car. he had all kinds of troubles with it and went an 11.20@117. 6.80@90 in the 1/8. lol...
2nd round qualifying he did a little better. we are thinking it went a 10.20-10.30ish judging by the other car we ran against. he went a 9.91 the night before and we were about 1-2 carlengths behind him.

i saw your car drive by every once in awhile car_fixer, i was gonna say hello, but never got around to it. i had the white GTA parked there at the corner of the ~#400's cars.

I saw both of your cars but got no time to stop by and say hi! We were about 10 cars away from you in the pits Diggler.

He ran a 10.14 @ 133...and they picked a 10.30 class...dayum!

i saw that car over there and kept thinking it looked familiar, i was going to go down there and ask who owns it , and if his screen name was diggler, but i was enjoying the people at the back gate lol, I also saw drews car and gang down there.
My bumper sticker almost caused a few accidents at the gate, and there has to be several thousands pics of it around now, I was thinking about going for the wheelie contest but decided the track was unsafe for that. Robin did get a few great pics of my 2nd pass....I spanked the hell out of that mopar though lol
