Forgot about this. so what did I do.
- I built sub box
-Got subs and amp
-Got carpet and Seats. (not installed due to wanting to lizard skin the inside first)
Didn't Paint Calipers and Drums cause the car would have to sit for a while. Decided to save up money to do an engine swap then to put it into the v6. Hoping to get the viper system during the holidays.

What are your plans to shave .7 off? That time was on motor right so are you goign to run some spray? If so how much and when will you do it? Like always car is badass and wouldn't surprise me if you got that 8 second time slip. Good luck!

I hope to have the spary hooked up by this weekend. I am going to start out with a 100 shot and go from there. I dont think the 100 shot will get but it will atleast give me a a starting point.

Maybe street drive it a little more, find a Nos plate somewhere and spray a little 150 shot to run 10's would be fun too.
Only made it to the track once this summer.
A week before going I pulled the front metering block off the Carb. to change the jets. Tried the first one and it was seized in the block. Almost ruined the threads in the metering block! Didn't try taking any more out in case I disabled the car.
Primaries are 75's and Secondaries are 83's. Didn't change anything else from last year. I played with the shocks, air bags and tire pressures and it 60footed the same as last year 1.66....1.67. I accidently brought it up on the convertor a little higher and it went 1.65 in the 60 foot. I think maybe the 3:73's and 28" slick are hurting the 60 foots.
I finished 1st last year in the 11.90 index class and 2nd place this year. My car has been deadly consistent and I'm have more fun than I ever had in past years!!!
Called about my Demon carb. and was told it is a commom problem for the jets to come out "HARD" sometimes. Suggested I use the proper jet removal tool and tap it with a hammer before I try and turn them out. Just what you want to hear after paying $600.00 for a new carb!!!!!!!! LoL.

Sold the Procharger, and now have a 91mm turbo. Other stuff I'm doing is: air to water intercooler, belt drive fuel pump, remote electric water pump, turn my 6 point bar into a 10 point cage, c5 front brakes, ls1 rear brakes, possibly a parachute, and taller tires.
The aim is to be able to run an 8.5, but I think I'll run it more like 9.0 unless I do put the parachute on.
What I did:
air/water intercooler, belt drive fuel pump, remote electric water pump, 10 point cage, LS1 brakes on all corners, taller tires(but now back to 275's)
It was a bastard of a year for me. Had a bearing spin on a rod and a couple others about to go. During the rebuild found a damaged piston. Got it back together for a bit, and broke a spider gear in the dana 60 that screwed the gears too. Fixed that with 3.55 gears, detroit locker, and 275/60/15 tires. Also addressed a LOOSE converter in that process. Ran it one day for best 1/8-mile mph by 4, but the motor sounded bad and I currently know that air is readily making it past #4 piston. That damage most likely happened from a fuel supply issue that is now corrected. Did better my best with a 9.42@ 144, and have yet to lean on the turbo much.
I'd like to have spooling and power in an ideal spot next year to run the times I'd like. Just plan on fixing a couple things and beautifying some ugly stuff over this winter.
