New best for Vega today with brakes:) 9.20@ 147 w/vid
Well did make it back today with brakes, home track is much smoother!! Car is not as shaky as I thought on a smooth track.
First pass leaving @ 4000,
1.33 60ft,
5.93 @ 117
9.26 @ 147
Second pass let some air out dwn to 9.5psi, leaving at 4000..
Hit wheelie bars hard, unloaded and cut hard right almost taking out 60ft timer.
1.58 60ft, getting out of it..
9.75 @ 147
Third pass cut launch to 3400 rpm,
1.30 60ft
5.87 @ 117
9.20 @ 147 again.
It getting there, need to come out harder, not sure what to do about hitting bars so hard though.. Any ideas?? Its still spinning some when bars hit..

That wheelie wasn't too bad but the video is too dark to see what the rear suspension is doing.
Limit suspension travel. Install front end limiters or tighten the extension on the front shocks if they're adjustable. Rear shocks could also need adjustment.
Is it a 4 link? Lowering the IC will reduce wheel stands. Long and low will keep the front end down.
If it's pulling sideways on the launch, install a rear anti-roll bar and/or add some preload to the top right bar of the 4-link (assuming you have a 4-link).
Wheelie bars are not a tuning aid. They're just a safety device to keep you from pulling the front wheels too high. The chassis and suspension can be tuned to use the energy to push you forward instead of upward.

I know they are not a tuning aid, I am saying car hits them so hard its unloading rear.. Yes its a 4 link, The fronts are already on bottom holes, I may be able to go up one on rear to help.. Car pulls very straight, it cut hard right on second pass due to hitting bars so hard, unloading rear.. third pass I took some rpm out to help, which it does.. I just want to be able to put that rpm back
