best times so far with my 350 tpi

just got to run my 90 iroc 350 last night for the first time since i put on my $30 edlebrock headers and y-pipe and i was very impressed..... untill last night the best the car had ran was a 9.28 @76mph but consistent 9.30s 1/8th and last night i ran seven times total and it was anywhere from 8.94 @78 tp 8.97 @ 78mph so it made a big difference and i believe a 2800 stall will make the car come alive,,,, if that doesnt then the 125shot in two weeks will for sure.... hoping to get the old tired iroc in the 7s and i think its possible.....

2 mph is about a 20 HP gain, not bad at all man. Imagine all the bolt ons.

That's a great improvement for $30 headers!

Re: best times so far with my 350 tpi

headers/catback do open up these cars alot. Try getting some other bolt ons for the TPI like base runners ported plenum. It will pick up a few more tenths.

2800 stall and sticky tires will easily kill off another .3 seconds. Whats your current 60 foots? probly near 1.9x or 2.0's?? With 2800 stall you should see possible high 1.7x's

My car with exhaust/catback and 2800 stal on street tires was doing low 1.9x 60's and 8.7's at 77-79 depending on air quality. Your running pretty good, just need come off the line harder
