Re: tires are flat every day on centerlines

Leaking from the lug holes? As in the rim itself is leaking and not the tire? If so then there's not a whole lot you can do except run tubes.

If the tires are leaking, what tires are on the rims?

MT slicks leak a lot especially through the sidewalls. The best way to help them seal is with liquid dish soap. Use at least 1/4 bottle in each tire and use your hand to smear it around everywhere inside the tire. Let it dry then apply a second coat. If you have time, a third coat can be applied. Just let it dry completely between coats.

Some liquid dish soap on the bead will also help it seal. Palmolive, Joy and Ivory are the best.

Centerline Augodrags should be spun aluminum.

Re: tires are flat every day on centerlines

My truck has American Racing cast aluminum autodrag lookalikes but that's because that's the look I wanted. The race car on the other hand has Weld Draglites on the front and Prostars on the rear.

The nice thing about the solid rim like the autodrags is that no brake dust comes through to dirty the outside of the rim.

Real Autodrags are not designed for street use. They're very thin and lightweight and can easily be damaged if driven on the street.

Re: tires are flat every day on centerlines

My 3-piece Autocross wheels had the same problem. I used a VERY thin skim coat of silicone to seal the seams.

More of putting a LITTLE on & spreading it with my fingertip, than running any kind of bead. Keep it minimal & consistent (no lumps) and balancing isn't a problem.

The autodrags look pretty good on trucks, IMO.
