Going to buy some wels wheels, any input?

I will be using LS1 rear calipers and i need to know if they will fit, the calipers are ground to fit a 15, but i hear some can still hit. The rears are 15x10 with a 5.5 BS, will this be able to work a 325/50 MT street drag radilal with the regular BFH mods? I will be removing the bump stops as well.

Here is the wheel.

any particular reason your going to run LS1 brakes out back? i dont think they will clear the wheels without some heavy modifications. ie grinding calipers.
i would run some stock pbr brakes or whatever they are called. if you want better stopping, get some more aggressive pads.

if you're dead set on a 15x10, get one with 6.5" back spacing, or ur ****'s gonna look nasty

Re: Going to buy some wels wheels, any input?

Well, picked them up. will see if they fit the ground down LS1 calipers, the seller said no, but he said the LT1 style will work. So i might be buying LT1 rear brakes. I have a set of stockers i might bite the bullet and use, but i think it would be worth it to use the LT1 rear brake setup.

Ok, good to know, i dont mind the grinding at all. I have heard there would be problems with certain wheels, but for 300$? I couldnt pass it up. I am not one for the skinnies in the front but it is going ot he night and weekend car(if it ever runs...$$$)

Here they are

They are not the baddest, but they are my actual first set of new wheels to ever buy. I like them better than the convo pros i basically sold to get them.

I like them better too. Never did like convo pros. I like the old auto drags, but I'm old. I like pro stars, but I don't like the loose centers on them. Now get the drill out
